Advanced Link Creation: Custom Domains, Tags, and Expiration
Once you've mastered the basics, you can take advantage of our advanced features to create more powerful and customized short links.
Custom Domains
Using a custom domain allows you to brand your short links with your own domain name. In the "Create New Link" dialog, you'll find a Custom Domain dropdown. If you have a Pro or Enterprise subscription and have configured a custom domain, you can select it here.
Organizing with Tags
Tags are a great way to categorize and organize your links. You can add tags to your links by typing them into the Tags field, separated by commas. For example, you could use tags like marketing, social-media, or blog-post.
Link Expiration
You can create links that automatically expire after a certain condition is met. There are two types of expiration you can set:
- Specific Date: The link will expire on a specific date.
- After Clicks: The link will expire after it has been clicked a certain number of times.
This is useful for time-sensitive promotions or links that you only want to be active for a limited time.
