Troubleshooting Common QR Code Issues
Work through these checks if a QR code isn’t behaving as expected.
QR Code Not Scanning
- Size: Ensure the code is at least 2 × 2 cm (0.8 × 0.8 in).
- Contrast: Use a dark foreground on a light background.
- Quiet Zone: Leave empty space around the code to aid detection.
Destination URL Not Working
- URL: Verify the destination is correct and online.
- Dynamic Code: Confirm the dynamic destination is up to date.
Analytics Not Tracking
- Dynamic Only: Analytics are available for dynamic QR codes.
- Delay: New data may take a few minutes to appear.
